This week I did something that was so much fun. Me and one of my coaching friends, Laura Chipman, hosted a webinar all about how to do less so you can enjoy more. Don’t you want to do less so you can enjoy more?!

I think women are naturally pretty awesome multitaskers. But does that mean that we have to do it all, all of the time?

Between juggling everything in our lives (and sometimes our family’s lives) and the societal pressure to go, go, go, it’s easy to get so wrapped up in clutter (whether it be mentally, physically, or emotionally). It’s scary to think that if you slow down, you might find your life feels completely unrecognizable to you — so you keep on being “productive.” Laura and I are on a mission to help women continue to be productive, but in a way that propels them toward the things they’ve decided are most meaningful.
